ITMS contributes to the WMO Integrated Global Greenhouse Gas Information System (IG3IS) workshop

The IG3IS (Integrated Global Greenhouse Gas Information System) workshop on National-scale Greenhouse Gas Monitoring from 30 June to 1 July 2025 brought together atmospheric scientists and inventory compilers to advance greenhouse gas monitoring capabilities. more

As part of the ITMS project, an estimate of German methane emissions for 2021 based on observational data has been published for scientific discussion. The system developed at Deutscher Wetterdienst (DWD) serves as a demonstrator for ITMS. more
